C-Job to implement new job evaluation system

C-Job Naval Architects is an independent ship design and engineering company that operates worldwide, boasting a global team of dedicated naval architects, engineers, R&D consultants, supervisors, and project managers.

Fit-to-Position

We were looking to implement a job evaluation system at C-Job and we needed the system to be explainable, recognizable and all the content to be accessible to our employees. This brought us to a combination of ISF and Fit-to-Position. We implemented ISF in cooperation with FME, and through the tool Fit-to-Position. In this way, we met all our conditions.

Result

The result is a recognized job evaluation system within the tool Fit-to-Position which allows us to keep our job matrix up-to-date ourselves.  We find the tool easy to use, both for developing any job profiles, evaluating those conform ISF and for employees to have access to all profiles at any time.
